2. During the processing, it is necessary to promptly sort out iron filings and other debris on the bending machine platform to avoid affecting the appearance of the workpiece.

3. To cultivate the habit of inserting the core before threading, to prevent bending the pipe without inserting the core and causing the workpiece to be scrapped.

4. Timely apply lubricating oil to the bending machine core rod to reduce wear and increase service life.

5. Strictly follow the operating specifications of the pipe bending machine to prevent accidents from occurring.

2、 Bending process of pipe bending machine:

1. Current position: Separate from the mechanical position of Y, B, and C at that time;

2. Preset value: Display the target orientation of the process step being performed at that time;

3. Fulfillment file: the title of the formula being fulfilled at that time;

4. Total count: the total number of products produced since the machine was put into operation;

5. Daily Count: After pressing the "Reset to Daily" button in the production preparation interface again, the cumulative quantity produced will be counted;

6. Set output value: Set the estimated number of workpieces to be produced, and after reaching the set output value, the machine will automatically stop the active mode;

7. Loading time: When actively fulfilling the task, select a fully proactive waiting time for each loading;

8. Cutting time: When actively fulfilling the task, choose to loosen the mold and wait for each cutting time;

9. Bend number: which bend was performed at that time (the line of the formula);

10. Y, Speed: The target orientation and speed of the Y-axis being performed at that time;

11. B. Speed: The target orientation and speed of the B-axis being performed at that time;

12. C. Speed: The target orientation and speed of the C-axis being performed at that time;

13. Mold layer: At that time, the bending tube mold layer;

14. Order: The sequence of application;

15. Loading: When actively fulfilling, appearing green indicates waiting for guessing correctly;

16. Proactive: When actively fulfilling, it appears in green, indicating a proactive form;

17. Origin; Appearing in green, it indicates that the servo axis used for the function at that time has correctly returned to the mechanical zero point and can start the machining process;

18. Mechanical reset: Eliminate alarm information and suspend active processing;

19. Semi active: If touched, it will switch between semi active and fully active. If using the fully active method, green and "fully active" text will flash to prompt. The semi active working method is to wait for the external "start" button to confirm after loading, while the fully active working method is to actively process the pipe fittings at the set loading time;

20. Single step execution: Actively execute the machine adjustment function. After each action is completed, the external "start" button needs to be pressed to proceed to the next step;

21. Pause: When actively performing, press the pause button, and the machine will stop at the current position. Press the external "start" button to continue performing;

22. Servo reset: When a servo malfunction alarm occurs, pressing this button can eliminate some servo alarms. Some severe alarms must be restarted to eliminate them;

23. The production preparation interface is the same as before. Pressing this button will start the oil cooler, and pressing this button again will stop the oil cooler.
